Most traditional American holidays are celebrated by the people I know. Christmas and Easter are big ones for their religious significance, and Thanksgiving is a favorite because food. (Really, Mennonites will have family gatherings and potlucks for almost any holiday, lol). The only holidays that weren't really celebrated are like others.

Mennonite holidays are mostly special religious days. Do not expect Mennonite students to attend school on these days (especially the more traditional ones). They are important days for church services and family gatherings. Christmas (December 25): Christmas is traditionally celebrated by attending a morning church service to honour the birth.

The Amish do not typically celebrate July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day, or Halloween. They are nonresistant and do not believe in going to war, so they don't celebrate the holidays concerning our freedom. They mostly celebrate religious holidays. Depending on their place of employment, they may get to have a day off of work on these holidays.
